our day
Today was a crazy day! But I'll talk about that another time. Here are a few photos from today:
SNUGGLING WITH BIG BROTHER:
Ella really likes TS. Whenever he comes over to her, she smiles so big. He likes to sing and dance for her to try to get any smiles he can. He had sat down next to her so he could snuggle her while watching his show. Sibling love is SO SWEET.
This reminds me of why I shouldn't clean the kitchen. I felt like I was in a race trying to get the dishwasher loaded (kitchen gets messy so fast if I get very behind & then we run out of dishes!). Ella wasn't very happy, so I went super fast. When I was done, I was greeted by this little face:
She had been busy. Writing. On her face. Obviously.
The lovely thing is, she was even in view while she did it! Guess I should have looked up a little more while I was ninja washing and ninja kicking my dishes (and made sure no one had the markers out). At least it wiped off.

Oh, my goodness, I'm laughing! I have a little Reese (almost the same age) who I lovingly call "My Little Monster". She SEEMS so adorable and sweet (which she really is), but you can't turn your back on her for a minute! And she, also, is a disaster at the dinner table. Hmmm...wondering if it's the name...
ReplyDeleteAlways good to know you're not alone, right?! We should change their names...hehe.
DeleteWhat I love about you (oh there's other reasons, too!) is that no matter what kind of trouble your kids get into, from markers on the face to stuck on a shelf, the first thing you do is run for your camera and take a picture. That cracks me up at least as much as anything your kids do! I wish someone would make a documentary of you! :-)
ReplyDeleteHaha! I have it sitting out for fast access. Tyler gives me crazy looks (that make me laugh hysterically) when I run for the camera instead of helping immediately. I do comfort them when they're scared...stuck...I yell things like, "it's okay! I love you! I'll be right back! I need to get the camera! It's okay!". That counts as helping, right? And I'm quick like a ninja!
Deletehaha! love that messy face! =) so cute! =) and yes, i can relate to "why do i bother cleaning" with only 2~ i certainly can't imagine having 5 and how messy my house would be! but i do want lots more so i will have to just let things go! =)
ReplyDeleteand what CUTE photos of TS and Ella! delightful sibling love! =)
